We’re pleased to introduce foldable game boards to our game production line-up. Our game boards are 18x18 inches and have a traditionally textured back wrap. The play surface has a nice glossy finish and is 17.5x17.5 inches, which leaves a nice 0.25 inch black border around the outside of the game board. It folds in half twice allowing a folded size of 9x9 inches, similar to a Trivial Pursuit board. Here’s an example using artwork from “A Day At The Faire” by Ice Pack Games.

To design a game board you’ll need to upload the two halves of the play surface. The play surface is split down the middle to allow it to fold like a traditional game board. So each half is a 9 x 17.75 inch (2700x5325 pixel) image, that are affixed to the game board to create a play surface. Here’s how the two sides come together:

The foldable game boards have a cost of $9.99. While it is certainly not cheap to make them, the quality of the board is exactly what you’d expect it to look and feel like if you did a 5,000 copy run of your game at a traditional offset printer; and we’re able to provide it to you one copy at a time.
You can get started by downloading the template right now.
Enjoy!
